WHO WE ARE
Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill opened in 1991, in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District, bringing Nebraska its first restaurant-and-brewery, or brewpub.
From the beginning, we paired from-scratch cooking with handcrafted beer and a teamwork-driven approach to service.
As demand grew, so did we. A second Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill location opened in 2000 in South Lincoln, and our third in Omaha in 2006.

Food and beer crafted
Lazlo’s is a working brewpub connected to our in-house brewery, Empyrean Brewing Co.®, proudly based in downtown Lincoln. Empyrean beers are available exclusively on draft at our restaurants.
From the kitchen to the bar, food and beer are developed side by side, with menus designed to complement what’s on tap.
There’s a reason why our slogan is “Great Food and Nebraska Brew.”

Signature soups, sauces, and comfort food are made in-house and simmered for hours.

Fresh, never frozen Certified Angus Beef® burgers and aged steaks chosen for flavor and tenderness. Fresh fish is served daily.
